Greek Black Olive Tapenade and Tomato Salad!!

In my previous blog post, you saw some decoration tips for parties and dinners, and now you will learn the easy recipes!! Those two recipes were served in my dinner with toasted bread, garlic goat cheese and smoked meat... So YUMMY!!

Greek Black Olive Tapenade:

My first time making it and it was really yummy! I don't really even know the real recipe for this but I guarantee you that it tastes heavenly and I even had compliments on it!! 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Black Olives
3 teaspoons of Olive Oil
3 teaspoons of Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoons of Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tablespoon roasted pine nuts
Pinch of Salt (Optional, because the olives are salty)

How to Make It?

Mix all ingredients in the blender until you have a smooth consistency and starts to form a paste but don't over blend them because we still want mini olive and pine nut chunks for a yummy texture!


Tomato Salad:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
4 big Basil Leaves
2 teaspoons of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Drizzle of Tabasco (Optional)

How to Make It?

1. Cut your cherry tomatoes very finely into small cubes
2. Roll your basil leaves and cut them, you will be left with curly strands of Basil
3. Mix them both in a bowl, add your olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then a pinch of salt
4. If you want a kick of spiciness then add a bit of Tabasco and Voila ready to serve!!
