Best Marinated Chicken Breasts!

Hey all,

This recipe is very delicious and light. It's great for diets and healthy meals.


Ingredients: (Serves 6)

- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Curcuma
- 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Capers
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper

How to Make It:

1. Wash your chicken breasts and dry them with tissue paper
2. Tap them with anything heavy so they become a little bit  flatter for easier cooking
3. Place them in a large bowel and add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, curry, curcuma, cumin, pepper and salt
4. Toss your chicken breasts in the marination (make sure all them are covered well with the marination)
5. Chop your capers and add them to the chicken then toss
6. This recipe requires to be in the fridge for at least 3 hours, it's best left overnight so the chicken becomes tender and moist from the vinegar
7. Heat your pan and grill your chicken breasts for about 5 to 7 minutes each side or until golden brown and all the chicken is cooked well and tender
8. Serve with sauteed vegies and Voila!!
