Green Beans Salad!

Hey all,

The best side dish, poor in calories, healthy and filling packed with protein and fiber.


Ingredients: (Serves 5 to 6)

- 500 Grams of Green Beans (Boiled)
- 1 Tablespoon of Capers
- 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Cumin
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to Make it?!

1. Bring your green beans to boil, drain them and cut them into thirds
2. Juice a lemon and take 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the cumin and salt add them to a large bowl and whisk until everything is well combined
3. Add your beans to the large bowl and toss so everything is well incorporated and coated with the sauce
4. Chop your capers and add them to the salad and toss one more time
5. Serve the salad/ side dish in a plate or the same bowl and Voila!!
