Turkey and Cheese Wrap!

Hey all,

Turkey and Cheese Wrap is my favorite brunch or lunch meal. It's super easy and quick to make and so yummy!!


Ingredients: ( Serves One)

- 1 Large Wholewheat Tortilla
(Can substitute with White Tortilla but, wholewheat has more fibres and healthier for you.)
- 1 Turkey Slice
- 3 Emmental Cheese Slices
- 1 Small Cucumber
- 3 Small Leaves of Lettuce
- 1 Teaspoon of Raspberry Vinegar

How to Make It:

1. Place your cheese slices on the tortilla and microwave it for 30 seconds until the cheese is nicely melted
2. When you take the tortilla out of the microwave, place your turkey slice on it
3. Chop your lettuce leaves and marinate them with the raspberry vinegar and place them on the tortilla
4. Cut your cucumbers into six long pieces and arrange them on the wrap
5. Roll your tortilla and cut it in the middle and Voila!!!
