Mozzarella and Tomato Caprese Skewers!

Hey all,

In my previous blog post, you saw some decoration tips for parties and dinners, and now you will learn the easy recipes!!



Ingredients:

18 Tooth Picks
18 Cherry Tomatoes
18 Mozzarella balls
18 Black Greek Olives
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

How to Make It?

1. Prepare and wash the cherry tomatoes, drain the mozzarrella balls, and prep your olives
2. Skewer them together as shown in the picture above and place them in a glass bowl
3. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the skewers and Voila.. Ready to present it to your guests!!

Keto Katayef for Ramadan!

Hello All, Ramadan Kareem and wish you all the best in health and love! As I am in Keto, I have been searching many recipes for all the foods that I am craving and because, we're in Ramadan, I have been craving Katayef so, I found a recipe on Instagram (account: @f6m_keto) and  I had to try it. I amended the recipe a little bit because the batter was too thin but as a first time making Katayef, it was good that I made a double batch the next day!  The fillings were all invented by me and the flavors I like.
