The Most Delicious Keto Coconut and Raspberry Cake

Hello Everyone, I hope you'll like this cake when you try it because I LOVE IT!!! Ingredients: - 2 Eggs - 1/2 TSP Baking Powder - 1 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 Cup Yogurt (Preferably Greek Yogurt) - 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream - 1/4 Cup Olive Oil - 3 TSP of Vanilla Extract - 1 Sachet of Sweetener - 2 TBS of Erythritol Sugar - 2 TBS of Coconut Flour - 1 TBS of Almond Flour - 1 & 1/2 TBS of Psyllium Husk - 2 TBS of Coconut, Shredded, Unsweetened - 2 to 3 TBS of Keto Raspberry Jam (I bought mine ready made) How To Make It: 1. Preheat your oven to 180 C 2. Mix all the above ingredients except the raspberry jam 3. Place the batter it in a small baking pan 4. Put the raspberry jam on top and make swirls 5. Put it in the oven for 20 mins or until you stick a toothpick and no batter is still raw Enjoy it!! Keto Katayef for Ramadan!

Hello All, Ramadan Kareem and wish you all the best in health and love! As I am in Keto, I have been searching many recipes for all the foods that I am craving and because, we're in Ramadan, I have been craving Katayef so, I found a recipe on Instagram (account: @f6m_keto) and  I had to try it. I amended the recipe a little bit because the batter was too thin but as a first time making Katayef, it was good that I made a double batch the next day!  The fillings were all invented by me and the flavors I like. Ingredients:  For the batter: - 4 TBS Almond Flour - 2 TBS Cream Cheese - 2 Eggs - 1 TBS Sweetener (I used SweetLeaf Stevia) - 2 TSP Vanilla Extract - Pinch of Salt For the fillings: 1st Filling: - 2 TBS Coconut, Shredded and Unsweetened - 3 TBS Walnuts, Chopped - 2 TSP Rose Water - Pinch of Cardamom, Grounded - 1 Sachet of Sweetener 2nd Filling: - 2 TBS Pistachios, Grounded - 2 TSP Rose Water - Pinch of Cardamom, Grounded - 1 Sachet ...

Chicken 'Bruschetta'!

Hey All, Today I made this Chicken Bruschetta for lunch and loved it! Hope you'll like it.. Ingredients: ( Serves One) - 1 Large "Poilane" toast or any long shaped toast - 1/2 Sliced Garlic seasoned Chicken Breast - 1 Tablespoon of low fat Sour Cream (with chives) - 1 Tablespoon of mashed Avocado - 2 Small Leaves of Lettuce - Cherry Tomatoes - Olive Oil and Balsamic  Vinegar How to Make It: 1. Heat your toast and make it slightly crispy 2. Spread the sour cream on the toast as the first layer then spread the mashed avocado 3. Slice your chicken breast to thin slices and put them over the avocado layer 4. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the lettuce and the cherry tomatoes (I had yesterday's leftover salad) then go ahead and BITE IT! Love xoxo, Maha

مرحبا, المقادير:  - 1/3 كوب ماء - 1/3 كوب حليب اللوز (او حليب عادي) و 1 ملعقة كبيرة حليب للاضافة - 1 ملعقة شاي قرفة - 1/2 ملعقة شاي فانيلا - 1 و 1/2 ملعقة شاي عسل - 5 حبات فراولة - حفنة من التوت الازرق طريقة العمل: - توضع المقادير التالية في وعاء عميق (ماء, حليب, قرفة, فانيلا و العسل)  - يسخن في المايكرويف لمدة 30 - 40 ثانية  - اذا كانت العصيدة جافة يتم اضافة ملعقة حليب اضافية  - تقطع الفراولة و توضع مع العصيدة و يضاف كمية من التوت الازرق حسب الرغبة  بالعافية, مها

Hey all, The best side dish, poor in calories, healthy and filling packed with protein and fiber. Ingredients: (Serves 5 to 6) - 500 Grams of Green Beans (Boiled) - 1 Tablespoon of Capers - 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil - 1 Teaspoon of Cumin - Pinch of Salt and Pepper How to Make it?! 1. Bring your green beans to boil, drain them and cut them into thirds 2. Juice a lemon and take 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the cumin and salt add them to a large bowl and whisk until everything is well combined 3. Add your beans to the large bowl and toss so everything is well incorporated and coated with the sauce 4. Chop your capers and add them to the salad and toss one more time 5. Hey all, This recipe is very delicious and light. It's great for diets and healthy meals. Ingredients: (Serves 6) - 6 Chicken Breasts - 1 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil - 3 Tablespoons Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice - 1 Teaspoon Curcuma - 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin - 1 Tablespoon Capers - Pinch of Salt - Pinch of Pepper How to Make It: 1. Wash your chicken breasts and dry them with tissue paper 2. Tap them with anything heavy so they become a little bit  flatter for easier cooking 3. Place them in a large bowel and add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, curry, curcuma, cumin, pepper and salt 4. Toss your chicken breasts in the marination (make sure all them are covered well with the marination) 5. Chop your capers and add them to the chicken then toss 6. This recipe requires to be in the fridge for at least 3 hours, it's best left overnight so the chicken becomes tender and moist from the vinegar 7. Heat your pan and grill your chi...

Hey all, Turkey and Cheese Wrap is my favorite brunch or lunch meal. It's super easy and quick to make and so yummy!! Ingredients: ( Serves One) - 1 Large Wholewheat Tortilla (Can substitute with White Tortilla but, wholewheat has more fibres and healthier for you.) - 1 Turkey Slice - 3 Emmental Cheese Slices - 1 Small Cucumber - 3 Small Leaves of Lettuce - 1 Teaspoon of Raspberry Vinegar How to Make It: 1. Place your cheese slices on the tortilla and microwave it for 30 seconds until the cheese is nicely melted 2. When you take the tortilla out of the microwave, place your turkey slice on it 3. Chop your lettuce leaves and marinate them with the raspberry vinegar and place them on the tortilla 4. Cut your cucumbers into six long pieces and arrange them on the wrap 5.
